Dr. Little holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Chapman University, a Master of Divinity from Faith University, and a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. She earned her Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling, equipping her to integrate sound psychological principles with Christ-centered pastoral care. She is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, a Certified Christian Counselor through One Faith Ministry, Inc., and a Certified Temperament Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association.

Ministry & Chaplaincy

Dr. Little's pastoral heart is reflected in her years of ministry and chaplaincy service. She is ordained as a Senior Chaplain with the International Alliance of Community Chaplains (IAOCC) and as a Minister through the New Green Grove Church of Faith. Her pastoral training includes three units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), and she has served as a hospice chaplain in an inpatient hospital setting, offering comfort, spiritual guidance, and compassionate presence during some of life's most difficult seasons.

Her counseling work is informed by extensive training in grief and loss, trauma recovery, crisis intervention, domestic violence, suicide prevention, and ethical care — a testimony to her calling to help the brokenhearted and downtrodden.

Support Groups & Discipleship

Throughout her ministry, Dr. Little has founded and facilitated support groups including programs for sexual-trauma recovery, grief support, and Celebrate Recovery. She is also trained in Stephen Ministry and faith-based encouragement, allowing her to meet individuals with care that is personal, biblically grounded, and spiritually rich.

Military Service

Dr. Little brings over two decades of leadership and counseling experience from her 21 years of service in the United States Navy, where she served as a Chief Electrician and was certified as a correctional counselor, advanced individual counselor, and drug and alcohol abuse supervisor. Her background includes specialized training in crisis negotiation, aggressive behavior management, critical incident stress management (CISM), and domestic violence intervention — contributing to her calm, structured, and trauma-informed approach.
