What We Believe
The biblical convictions that guide every conversation.
Lion of Judah's counseling, discipleship, training, and outreach are built on the foundation of Scripture. These beliefs shape how we listen, teach, pray, and walk with those we serve.
- 01
The Holy Bible
The Bible is God's inspired, immutable, unchangeable, and inerrant revelation to mankind — our final authority for faith and conduct.
Numbers 23:16–19; John 1:1–14; II Timothy 3:15–17
- 02
God Exists in Three Persons
We believe in one God, infinitely perfect, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Deuteronomy 6:4–5; Matthew 28:19–20; Mark 12:28–31; I John 5:7

Virgin Birth of Christ
God the Son was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin.

Jesus Christ is true God and true man — fully divine and fully human, God incarnate manifest in human flesh, like us in all ways except sin.
Isaiah 9:6–7; John 1:1–14; John 5:22–23; John 8:54–58; John 10:30
- 05
Christ Died for Our Sins
We believe in the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross so that we might live, offering Himself as the perfect sacrifice for sinful man.

Bodily Resurrection and Ascension of Christ
Christ is the risen Savior — died on the cross, buried in a borrowed tomb, and after three days rose from the dead.
Acts 1:8–11; Romans 8:31–35
- 07
State of Mankind

Salvation by Grace
Salvation from the penalty of sin comes by grace — a free gift from God given to all who believe and trust in His Son Jesus and accept Him as Savior and Lord.
Matthew 16:21–26; John 3:16–19; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Romans 10:9–13
- 09
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is a divine person sent from the Father by the Son to convict the world of sin, regenerate and indwell believers, seal them for redemption, guide them into truth, fill them for a life of holiness, and empower them for witness and good works.
Acts 5:3–4; John 16:7–14; John 3:5–8; I Corinthians 2:9–12; 3:16; 12:3–13

Christian Marriage
As a Christian ministry we hold to Matthew 19:4–6: God created humanity male and female, and marriage joins one man and one woman as one flesh. We perform weddings only for couples who are male and female from birth and reserve the right to refuse services that do not meet this biblical standard.
Matthew 19:4–6; Genesis 1:26–27; 2:24; Romans 7:2–3
